This is day-to-day project management, freelancer and team coordination, and client relationship management - so I am your strategic right hand who carries the context so it's not all sitting with you.
From £250 per day, bespoke retainer based on hours per month
Sometimes an audit surfaces a bigger system implementation or reporting rebuild - if that's the case, we'd scope it separately once we know exactly what's needed.
If you move into a retainer or project after your audit, the £250 comes off your first invoice.

Ask any further questions the proposal might’ve sparked, and then it’s your call - reply with “let’s do this!” and we set a start date.
Getting Started
Finally, it’s all systems go, and we begin on the agreed first project to support your business.
